Founded in 2018, Arch & Lake LLP is a U.S. intellectual property law firm with offices in Chicago, Houston, and Bellevue. Our team of approximately 20 attorneys and professionals combines substantial prosecution and litigation experience with technical backgrounds in engineering, computer science, and related fields.
We help U.S. and international companies secure patents, manage IP portfolios, and enforce or defend intellectual property rights in federal courts, the ITC, PTAB, TTAB, and Federal Circuit. We align our legal strategies with each client’s technology, commercial objectives, and budget.
Professionals
Hao Tan is an intellectual property attorney with more than 15 years of experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, and IP counseling. He represents U.S. and international clients before the PTAB, U.S. district courts, the ITC, and the Federal Circuit.
Shen Wang is an intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, client counseling, and technology analysis. Before entering private practice, he served as a USPTO patent examiner.
Haoyi Chen advises companies on intellectual property matters aligned with their business objectives, including trademark prosecution, TTAB proceedings, IP disputes and litigation, and trade secret protection.
