Shen Wang is an Intellectual Property attorney with extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, client counseling, and technology development and analysis. Shen was a patent Examiner before becoming a patent attorney. Shen has prosecuted and reviewed more than 500 patent applications in the technology areas of computer software, network, printer control, semiconductor, error-correcting coding, LCD and telecommunication. Shen has experience litigating patents in front of the International Trade Commission (ITC) and U.S. district courts. Shen’s extensive experience includes client counseling, freedom to operation (FTO) analysis and licensing negotiations.
Shen was a law clerk for Judge Ohmer in the 22nd Juidical Circuit of State of Missouri and taught international patent practice as an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Shen was a senior technical architect with a major telecommunication company before practicing laws.
