Mr. Li focuses on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution, practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under limited recognition. Prior to joining Arch & Lake, Mr. Li had two years of working experience as an electromechanical engineer and was a patent agent practicing before the CNIPA for eight years, dealing with applications in the electromechanical and computer software fields. Most of these applications were filed in Asia, the US, and Europe. Mr. Li was also experienced in Chinese patent Re-examination and Invalidation. After joining Arch & Lake, Mr. Li prosecuted patent applications utilizing a wide range of technologies including AI, video coding, household appliances, communication terminals, medical devices, and cloud computing.
