Yichen Cao is a patent attorney specializing in the acquisition and protection of intellectual property (IP) rights. Yichen's practice focuses on all aspects of patent law in the fields of chemicals, pharmaceutical, biological, chemical engineering, nutritional, and food sciences.
Yichen's specialties include patent preparation and prosecution, patent litigation, preparation of legal opinions, patent portfolio management, developing IP strategy, and client counseling.
