Mario specializes his practice in intellectual property (IP) matters including IP litigation, IP procurement, legal opinions, etc.
Mario is experienced in litigating complex intellectual property matters. His experience includes drafting pretrial motions directed to damages in case involving patent dispute.
Mario has provided opinions about patent non-infringement and invalidity in cases including ITC cases. Mario has drafted and prosecuted patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
