Alek specializes his practice in intellectual property (IP) matters including IP litigation, post-grant proceedings before United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), IP procurement, legal opinions, etc.
Alek drafts and prosecutes patent applications utilizing a wide range of technologies including automotive technologies, machine learning, integrated circuits, wireless communications, medical devices, microchip fabrication systems, camera and sensor systems, 5G network architecture, etc. Alek has gained valuable experience in patent prosecution since 2019.
Additionally, Alek helps in post-grant proceedings before USPTO, including PGR, IPR, and patent infringement cases before district courts.
